Denys actively combines legal practice with analytical and teaching activities. He advises public authorities on matters of international maritime law, as well as transport reform, port regulation and concessions.

He has repeatedly been a member of expert and public councils under public authorities in the transport sector, as well as under the Office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Denys has many years of experience in the preparation of legislative initiatives in the fields of transport, port regulation and concessions.

He is a certified expert of the Ukrainian National Bar Association in the application of the European Convention on Human Rights and contributes to legal education through lectures on international humanitarian law at the Military Institute.
