Rabomizo is a law firm focused on shipping, international trade and dispute resolution. Our practice also covers aviation, with recognised expertise in Ukrainian transport law and ongoing international work. Our team brings together lawyers with international education and cross-border experience, working alongside professionals with practical industry backgrounds. This includes maritime expertise at an operational level, allowing us to understand not only the legal framework, but also how shipping, transport and trade function in practice. 2011-2016
Rabomizo was founded as a specialised law firm focused on maritime and aviation law, international trade and arbitration, built from the outset on high professional standards and a personalised approach to clients.
2016
2016–2018
Expansion of analytical and rights-focused work in response to the occupation of Crimea and the armed aggression against Ukraine. Participation in research, legal analysis and matters related to Crimea, as well as advising public authorities on issues of international maritime law.
2018
2018–2020
Expansion of the firm's partnership structure and strengthening of its international arbitration practice. Growth in cross-border disputes and projects in the fields of transport and trade. In 2018, Rabomizo's aviation practice was recognised among the leading aviation law practices in Ukraine by Yurydychna Gazeta (Legal Gazette).

Restructuring of operations in a globally remote environment. Establishment of a flexible international working model serving clients and partners across jurisdictions.

2022–2024
Advising in the context of full-scale war. Strengthening of the firm’s work on war risks, sanctions regimes and international maritime law. Participation in legal initiatives aimed at documenting the consequences of armed aggression and supporting affected parties.

Further strengthening of the partnership and international presence, including the development of the office in Athens, Greece. Continued growth of arbitration, shipping and cross-border dispute resolution practices.
